Scholarships are available through AACCPTA

The Anne Arundel County Council of PTAs currently offers two scholarships for graduating seniors. The funds are available to any Anne Arundel Public School student, sponsored by a PTA, who will be attending any post-secondary school, including community college or vocational school as well as college and university. The Lawson Scholarship is available to any student seeking a course of study in education. The general scholarship is available to any student. Each scholarship is worth $1,000 and is paid directly to the college of his/her naming.

Applications are due by April 9, 2010; Awards are announced in May 2010.

Each year the funds raised during our silent auction at the Founder's Day dinner go directly to funding our scholarships. For questions or to contribute an item to the auction, contact Beverley Madden, Scholarship Chair.
